I’ve had this idea for a game for quite some time now. Inspired by different cultural dances and rhythm of the Philippines, I decided to call it “SAYAW AT INDAYOG”.
Started off with world building, by creating strong characters that resonates and move with the players. Pepeng, an expert fighter who can dance unpredictably using his sword and shield. And Inda, a markswoman who is incredibly accurate with her shots, tones and cadence.
As they explore the world together, facing evil characters and creatures using names and designs inspired by folk dances and songs. Defeating each sinister boss, Pepeng and Inda gain unique abilities that levels them up in order to save the human race.
